Here is what I see; trying to help you.

You have to make some changes, hire some models to work for you even without having paying clients, or else the site is doomed to fail.

Think of the competition, why would I go to your site not any of the other big cam sites with hundreds of models doing free chat all day and night.

You have to give them some free preview, then ask for a login to go 1 on 1 into private chat.

Quality of the preview images sucks donkey balls.

Clicking on the categories:

Girls Alone - one performer showing live, 3 busy and 1 in private chat.
The only live perform when you click on her image pops up a login/register page.
Couples - one image of a single chick "SweetJade" - not online
Amateurs - has 3 chicks. SweetJade again one of them - none online
Transgender - a few images - None online
Lesbian - no images - It says quote "Sorry, no performer found."
Gay - 2 checks which are in other categories - NO men - Janin and SweetJade.

Hey hope you take this as positive critic meant to help you fix the site not otherwise. When you make these changes and there are so many other things need fixing, post here I'll give it some traffic.

Nothing I suggested has been done, including no models online. Ask yourself this. Why would a webmaster signup as an affiliate waste their traffic on that site when there are dozens of webcam programs with hundreds of models online 24/7.

Hi blingman, I understand what you mean there. I'd like to reply with specifying that categories weren't changed as we have models on the waiting line which will fit into categories that now show 'empty' (or almost empty). In regards to preview photos, we're showing the best quality we can for the moment since you guys mentioned that we have to improve the aspect of our images. All newly enrolled Model images have been filtered and we've made and almost proper selection in each case. It's the best we can come up with for the moment.

In relation to live models, we're adding 1-2 (or even more) each day, trying to keep them online as you suggested. Unfortunately, we still have some 'gaps' during days in which there's not 'much noise' on our site, but we're minimizing that period as much as possible. Here's a screenshot of some of the last weeks model stats:



I just want to emphasize that we're certainly progressing even if it doesn't look like that from the outside. We still have some deals to agree upon and are hoping to gain some traffic these weeks.
