Trump has to face reality and say it, the pandemic is getting worse and fuck the economy or schools, come up with a plan to reduce the infection rate even if it means a total lock down for 2 more months.

The president mentioned a possible delay in the 2020 election...

" (CNN)President Donald Trump explicitly floated delaying November's presidential election on Thursday, lending extraordinary voice to persistent concerns that he would seek to circumvent voting in a contest where he currently trails his opponent by double digits.
Trump has no authority to delay an election, and the Constitution gives Congress the power to set the date for voting. Yet Trump's message provides an opening -- long feared by Democrats -- that both he and his supporters might refuse to accept the results of the presidential results.
But in his tweet on Thursday morning -- coming 96 days before the election and minutes after the federal government reported the worst economic contraction in recorded history -- Trump offered the suggestion because he claimed without evidence the contest will be flawed.
"With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA," he wrote. "Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???"

There is no evidence that mail-in voting leads to fraud."

It might be for best to extend the date so a lot of people do not get corona virus at the polling places. What do you think?

So VP Biden has picked his VP running mate, I have a few thoughts on this. California Sen. Kamala Harris is the third woman to be asked to run as a VP in history. The two that came before her namely Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin in 2008 and New York Rep. Geraldine Ferraro in 1984 never got the job. So who knows maybe third time is a charm, we shall soon see.

I never thought VP Biden should have come out and said early on he would pick a woman for his running mate, and I see why he choose Sen. Harris, he tried to kill two birds with one stone. A woman of colour which on the face of it is very noble and politically correct especially this year of all years. Where I disagreed with his announcement about having a woman on the ticket is, you pick the best person who can step into your shoes to lead the country and be commander in chief if the time comes based on your platform, values and their experience not based on their gender or skin colour.

So not taking anything away from senator Harris, but she got to ride the ticket for being a woman and of colour. That said I hope president Trump lands a landslide victory on November 3rd. I don't agree with everything he says and does but I sincerely believe his heart is in the right place, he loves his country and means well in hat he does to make America great again.

I said my peace.

The first presidential debate of 2020 is tonight, I honestly think Biden has one chance to make his case and this is it. You know what I'll be doing tonight, watching the debate :)

A total shitshow. An assault on democracy. Trump called on his people to be "poll watchers" and called on proud boys to "stand back and stand by". WTF???

I guess it kept his financial fiasco off the front page for a day so win win

2020 is an unprecedented year, now with President Trump in Walter Reed medical center with the Coronavirus who knows if the last 2 debates will take place, if things will go a head with the election on November 3rd. Just a crazy butt fuck of a year.

Everything this year is uber weird and so too the election, the debate itself was crazy funny, when has a siting president been hospitalized a month before the election, nothing bout 2020 makes sense.
