Is it safe to use sponsor content without worries of dmca?

of course it's not 100% safe --- some sponsors lie --- some actors lie --- you decide how much you want to trust ---- everybody or nobody or inbetween

you can trust the sponsors completely

or you can call the models on the sponsors pics and videos and ask if the pics and videos are legitimate

or you can buy your own content from photographers and hope the ids in the packages are legitimate

or you can shoot your own content and hope that the models ids are legitimate

so it depends who you want to trust, or trust nobody at all, and do cartoon and hentai porn sponsor programs

The risky part is you think you are working with a reputable sponsor but who knows if they got to buy unlicensed content form a broker, it has happened.
