Traffic trading script - several free options the most expensive paid option I know of is about $100
Link trading script; the only ones i know of are free or less than $30 on code canyon
Content/ tube script: okay that one's more realistic if not a low price
Network admin script: all the expansions are included in the content tube script I use - Wp-script
Hosting: there is no way you are paying $500 a month for hosting for one site unless you're well on your way towards the goal of overtaking ph - even dedicated servers with co-location hosting don't cost nearly that much on a fru-fru host (for seven sites with seven completely different plans to diversify IP host etc footprints I pay a total of less than $70 and these have high traffic, and I'm still well within my limits)

Got eliminates 1250 dollars worth of non-existent "savings" value.. if this is in fact going to relaunch at some point which it should because it's not a bad idea, it would behoove you to not insult potential users intelligence by quoting outlandish rates rhey allegedly (do or would) pay for things as if to assume they wouldn't know the difference.

Think of this as constructive criticism, personally I felt that vibe to be quite unfriendly
