Is there any seo advantage to having the "https://www." or just go with "https://"
NO there is NOT!
Just go with the domain.
My search has come up with the same conclusion as gotonudecom

Google used to recommend that you select a preferred domain (with or without www) in your webmaster tools setting to avoid having duplicate content thus hurting your SERP. That went wayside some time ago and is no longer necessary. I don't think anyone gives a rats ass if you use www or not as long as both point to the same IP.

Actually, if you want you could point the naked to your site and the www someplace else altogether. There's no law saying you can't.

Is it a good plan to change your domains to no www or will it hurt your serps?

good advice for more than just this topic, most often in life when you make change for no real reason things get worse.

it makes no difference to your SEO. Something like this in your htaccess will force it one way or the other

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.domain.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

"www." or not?
