Male teen wearing a red dress to prom story
It is not your typical prom outfit for a man, if the claims are true he was harassed in some way or form by this other man then that is not nice, but should he be fired from his position as CEO at the company is not right, what has your personal life have to do with your business life.

Jacob Geittmann and Dalton Stevens pose before Stevens's high school prom. Stevens wore a dress to break the stigma of men wearing dresses. He was harassed by a man because of his outfit. A video of the incident went viral.
A Franklin man was fired from his job as the CEO of a telehealth company after an altercation with a teenage boy who wore a dress for his prom.
A TikTok video that went viral over the weekend captures Sam Johnson following teenager Dalton Stevens around the outside of the Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin where Johnson called Stevens an idiot for wearing the dress to his prom at Franklin High School.
Johnson was the CEO of VisuWell, a telehealth platform company, until the video went viral. The company posted on Twitter Monday night that Johnson was removed as CEO by the board of directors.
"VisuWell's culture emphasizes respect, kindness and compassion, especially for those from traditionally marginalized communities, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for intolerance of any kind," VisuWell said on Twitter. "Mr. Johnson's actions contradicted the high standards we set for ourselves in promoting the health of those who use our platform.""

I can go on and on abut this but try my best to refrain from doing so.
In a nutshell I think the man dressed as a woman looks silly and should not go to a prom dressed as a woman.
I honestly think there is a certain acceptable norm and standard to how people men and women should dress in public. And like it or not men do not wear red dresses with a slit down the side flashing their legs.
This is nothing to do with LGBTQ rights which I sincerely and whole heartedly support, when I was growing up being gay could get you beaten up, ridiculed, harassed, black mailed and even killed. Those days are thankfully over for the most part in civilized countries. But being gay and dressing up as a woman in public are not the same thing, this young man was wrong period.
Should the other gentleman have in anyway ridiculed or said anything to him, as is reportedly said he did, nope. But hey he does look funny and not everyone reacts in the same way. Firing him from his job that is ridiculous, people are way too sensitive and ready to fire people or have them resign for things they do that has nothing to do with their work.
I am pretty sure no one would have said anything if the 2 men dressed up as men and went to the prom. Look at the guy to his left, well dressed and happy.

He has guts to go out dressed that way, that much is obvious.
