No more coffee for me

#1

Post by greatpornlinks » May 2nd, 2021, 6:30 am

One in the morning, one at lunch time, one in the afternoon and one after dinner, that is usually how many coffees I have during the day. Last night I had one at 10pm with a friend, that was 5 total. I could hardly sleep all night. Coffee does keep you up, so no more coffee. It can not be good for the heart either, no wonder doctors tell people with heart conditions to avoid coffee.

Well drinking coffee at 10pm is your problem not the coffee , if you had it at 6pm it would not impact your sleep.

The tune on coffee has changed a few times, first it was coffee is bad for you, then it was good for you. My logic is anything in moderation is good for you if you enjoy it.

Up working and on my 2nd brewed cup, I need the 2 in the morning to wake up and work. But whatever works for you is how you should roll.
