Last time I checked, at least if you're using Cpanel, you used to be able to do that, but they took out that feature because now it's incompatible with AutoSSL, also since you don't need to have separate certs anymore for each subdomain because of and extension of TLS called SNI.
I'm sure there are ways to do it, though, if you need it.
