when do you want to retire
Have you any idea when you will retire, I know there is a long time for me but I have been thinking about what I'll do when I retire.

My goal is to make more money flip my 3 units for a larger building and keep on flipping them until I have 12 unit which will be paid off by the time I retire, I can live off the income it produces once it is free and clear

Not sure when but if I get to that point in life I would probably sell everything but the forum, only because I enjoy it.
Not any time son, what else would I do to make a living working from home.
The way my income is probably will be working until the day I close my eyes.
I'll be surprised if I live until traditional retirement age. I try to enjoy each day in my own way until I close my eyes for good. Fuck retirement.

G'day guys,
I don't think I want to retire. I love business and playing with ideas and interacting and employing people.
It might be because I get to golf three times a week, play tennis a bunch, I'm just about to head to the beach and do some paperwork that work doesn't feel like too much of a burden. Usually I'd be skiing 100 days a year.
I once hung out with a guy in Colorado, 74yo, mega rich so could retire but he was working and loving it. Had a new young wife and a little kid and he was kicking arse.
My attitude might change but right now I love working.

I run a nice little group of sites. www.SpeedoFetish.com (main pay site), www.AussieSpeedoGuy.org (members blog site), GayMoviesPage.com (non-monetized tube site) and www.BisexualDave.com (members blog site).
Been in the industry since 2001 so something must be working since the bills are paid.

You serious about not making it to 65, are you okay?
End stage COPD here. I might make it to 65 and beyond. There's a pretty good chance I tip over from a heart attack or suffocate before that. Time will tell I guess.

People who work past retirement age live longer, this is a known fact.
You want to make money work the cams
When I want & when I can afford to are 2 very opposite times. Some one has to work and make money to pay the bills.
